When is my order shipped?
All orders paid by about 11:30am are usually shipped the same day – by DPD or GLS.
What happens with large or heavy parts?
Parcels under 30 kg with a girth under 300 cm are sent by DPD or GLS. Larger or heavier shipments go by freight (e.g. Kühne + Nagel), secured on a pallet.
What is the girth?
Longest side + 2 × width + 2 × height of the parcel. Below 300 cm, the parcel goes by DPD or GLS.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes – we deliver to 28 European countries, worldwide on request. You can see the shipping cost for your country in the cart.
Can I pick up my parts myself?
Yes – Dinkelweg 6, 93092 Barbing, Germany (near Regensburg), Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. Please call ahead so we can have your parts ready.
Do you also deliver on Saturdays?
We ship Monday to Friday. Express is delivered on working days only – orders paid by 11:30am on Friday arrive on Monday. With standard shipping, too, we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday.
